Curve Securities provides a national, wholesale fixed interest investment and advisory service. We don't take deposits; rather we act as a conduit to assist 'middle market' participants access deposits and interest rate securities at wholesale market rates. We only deal in 'vanilla' products and never have, and never will, sell a client an inappropriate product that requires sophisticated financial markets knowledge.
Curve Securities aims to bring ease and simplicity to the process of maximising your interest income. Our focus on high quality, personalised service, enables us to quickly offer products from the Authorised Deposit-Taking Institutions (ADIs) that immediately match your investment requirements.
The wide range of ADIs we have relationships with ensures you can execute your investments by talking to one person. The wholesale yields we negotiate with the ADIs on your behalf, and our ability to keep track of 'specials', ensures you get the highest rate possible at the time. You get more yield from the curve.
Our commitment to immediately send you a confirmation of the transaction details gives you peace of mind that the transaction has been done. It provides you with banking details to EFT the funds directly to the deposit taking institution leaving you to get on with your day.
We understand that dealing with surplus funds comprises a small part of your busy workload. Curve is committed to ensuring it stays small. By dealing through Curve Securities you reduce the duplication of tedious forms for account opening and identification. If AML identification paperwork is required for instance we will fill out as much of the paperwork on your behalf as possible making what could be a distracting process streamlined and simple.

Director
Andrew has been involved in the financial markets for over 22 years. For ten-years he worked in National Australia Bank's Treasury as, Manager Fixed Interest, dealing in a wide range of physical and derivative products such as government and semi-government bonds, swaps, options, FRAs, FRNs, promissory notes, bank bills and term deposits. He managed relationships with some of Australia’s largest fund managers providing fixed interest advice and execution across the full length of the yield curve. Andrew now brings his personalised relationship and service focus to clients of Curve Securities. His recent experience in the not-for-profit sector with the Sydney Film Festival will prove invaluable in satisfying the unique needs of many clients.
RITU BOYD
Director
Ritu has been involved in financial markets for over 10 years. Having built a rapport with many key players whilst employed with Citigroup and Societe Generale as part of their Institutional Fixed Interest and Derivatives Team, Ritu has garnered a wide range of product knowledge spanning Structured and Derivative Products to Government bonds as well as Bank Bills and Term Deposits. Most recently working for Dexia, Ritu specialised in debt products to service the Project Finance Infrastructure client base. .
Ritu has an Economics Degree from Sydney University and is AFMA qualified in Fixed Interest and Derivative products. She is also designated as a ‘Responsible Manager’ by ASIC on Curve Securities’ AFS license
JORGE RAMIREZ
Associate
Jorge has been involved in the financial markets for over 6 years. He has worked in South America for top tier stockbroking companies as a sales-trader for the institutional desk, dealing in a wide range of interest rate securities and money market instruments. He holds a Masters Degree in Financial Analysis from the University of New South Wales.
